Description
Star Wars #106 follows the liberation of Zeltros from the invading Tof army. Luke Skywalker leads an unconventional strike team—consisting of the telepathic, rabbit-like Hoojibs and the cowardly, beetle-like Hiromi—to board the Tof flagship and rescue captive Zeltrons. On the planet’s surface, Han Solo, Lando Calrissian, and Chewbacca work alongside their former enemies, the Nagai and Mandalorian warriors, to defeat the remaining Tof forces. After Luke disables the Tof flagship, the invaders are defeated. The issue ends with the Nagai and the Alliance reaching a peaceful understanding, setting the stage for the final issue (#107) released later that same month. Star Wars #106 is a low-print-run issue from the Copper Age of comics and is highly sought after by collectors as part of the original run’s end.
