You may return most new, unopened items within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error (you received an incorrect item).
You should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
For those collectors who are seeking a perfectly intact box, this may not always occur. Many of our items are ex-display stock (loose) and do not come with their original packaging. This will be confirmed in the item description.
At ComiXpo ColleXables, we do our best to ensure your packages arrive safe and sound. We use Australia Post and Sendle for all postage, which comes with tracking. We use thick cardboard boxes and take great care in packing. Please be aware that the box is handled by an external postal provider and may be damaged during transit. We do not replace damaged boxes. However, if we can secure a replacement box, we will send this to you in your next order.
If you would like to return an item as you are not happy with the product, this must be done at your own postage cost. We also will refund the cost of the product and not for the original postage as this is an external cost.
