Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within twenty-one (21) days of delivery for a full refund (minus initial postage costs if applicable). We’ll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e., you received an incorrect item).

You can expect to receive your refund within seven (7) days from the date we receive your package from your designated shipper. This seven (7) day period does not include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (usually 5 to 10 business days). This seven (7) day period does include the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. Once we’ve received and processed the returned item, we’ll let you know via email of your refund.

For collectors seeking a perfectly intact box, this may not always be the case. Many of our items are ex-display stock (loose) and do not come with their original packaging. The packaging may also show signs of wear and tear. This will be confirmed in the item description.

At ComiXpo ColleXables, we strive to ensure that your packages arrive safely and soundly. We use Australia Post and Sendle for all postage, which comes with tracking. We use thick cardboard boxes and take great care in packing. Please note that an external postal provider handles the box, which may be damaged during transit. We do not replace damaged boxes. However, if we can secure a replacement box, we will send it to you in your next order.

If you wish to return an item due to dissatisfaction with the product, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you use tracking to make sure your item returns to us safely. Please note that we will refund the product’s price only, not the original postage, as this is an external cost.
