Postage Rates

Australian Postage

We offer flat-rate shipping of $9.95 to any Australian address for all orders placed via our website, email, or telephone, provided the order total is under $100. This flat-rate service is provided via standard Australia Post eParcel. If your order is over $100, then we ship it complimentary or freight-free. Again, this is done through regular Australia Post eParcel services.

If your item(s) are oversized or weigh more than 20kg, we will need to use a courier service to deliver your order. This will not cost you more than $9.95 (for orders under $100) or free shipping for orders over $100. However, we need to contact you to arrange for someone to be present at the delivery address. Alternatively, you may wish to have it delivered to your workplace or another address during standard working hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

New Zealand Postage

Postage to New Zealand is a flat $14.95 for all orders. This standard international service is provided by Australia Post. Your parcel can be tracked on the Australia Post website, so you can see where it has been scanned and its progress. Delivery is estimated to take 3 to 15 business days after your order is processed in our warehouse.
