Using his personal shuttle to recover Anakin Skywalker from his volcanic planet of Mustafar, Emperor Palpatine transforms Anakin into Darth Vader, as seen in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. Use the transformation bed and medical droid to place the helmet on Anakin’s head and complete the transformation.
