Shipping Policy

We can ship to any address in Australia and New Zealand (and their respective territories). Please note that there are restrictions on certain products, and we cannot ship to international destinations (except New Zealand).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on your chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

While we aim to ship within 48 hours of purchase, this cannot be guaranteed on occasion. When we have a high sales volume, this may be slightly delayed, particularly during the Christmas Period and other mass release dates.

No post will be sent on Saturdays, Sundays, or Mondays, as our contracted postal service does not collect mail on these days.

Split Shipping

Please note we do not split orders for in-stock and pre-order items unless you are willing to pay an additional shipping fee. This is to keep our shipping costs as low as possible.

Shipping Insurance

If you receive a damaged parcel, the only way to receive a discount/refund is through insurance. Australia Post and other international carriers only offer compensation if you have insurance; there is nothing that ComiXpo ColleXables can do to obtain compensation for you without insurance.

We cover all shipping insurance for the first $100 in value of your order. If you require additional insurance, you will need to pay an extra $2.50 for every $100 after the first hundred. We realise this is frustrating; however, this is the policy of all significant postal carriers, and we are all powerless without postal insurance.
