Wonder Woman #152 (presents Wonder Girl) DC Comics February 1965 (Fine)
$24.95
Wonder Woman #152 is a notable Silver Age issue published by DC Comics in February 1965. It is significant because it “spotlights” Wonder Girl (the teenage version of Diana at the time) rather than the adult Wonder Woman, with the cover famously featuring the banner Wonder Woman Presents Wonder Girl.
The issue features two primary stories about Wonder Girl: Wonder Girl’s Decision of Doom, in which Athena grants Wonder Girl temporary responsibility for guarding Paradise Island alone; and Wonder Girl’s Mysterious Father, in which a shipwrecked sailor mistakes Wonder Girl for his lost daughter, Annie. Notably, this issue is the first to explicitly state that Diana’s father was lost at sea. Wonder Woman #152 is a notable Silver Age issue published by DC Comics in February 1965.
