Inside, Natasha (Black Widow) waits for a Russian teaching job, encouraged by Ivan. Their meeting is interrupted by the Amazons demanding Venus, leading to a fight. Dr Victoria Starr arrives, mistaken for Venus, and they escape. Johnny Blaze (Ghost Rider) rides onto campus but leaves after seeing Cerberus. Hercules prepares for a mythology lecture but is attacked by Mutates and escapes with Ghost Rider. The heroes, chased by enemies, unite and immobilise Venus with her ‘Golden Girdle-Cestus.’ Ares, Pluto, and Hippolyta appear, declaring Hercules will marry Hippolyta and Venus, Ares warns that refusal endangers the universe.
